Just as we all want to be the “Dream Employer”, we also want to hire and retain “Dream Employees” rather than our “Worst Nightmare.”
HR used to involve the completion of a half-page application, a brief interview and a welcome to the Company handshake. The hiring process now requires multiple hiring forms, an Employee Manual Handbook, rules governing YOUR behavior, as well as the employee’s conduct, and an ever-evolving litany of state and federal employment laws.
Navigating the HR minefield can be treacherous, costly, time consuming and litigious. Over the decades, we have had first hand experience with the “Good, Bad, and the Ugly” and will write new or review/revise your current Employment Policy Manual.
